Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place an order with us, we will send you an email confirmation to acknowledge that we have successfully received your order.
Order Shipment:
We pride ourselves on prompt order processing. Within three business days, we will ship your order.Â
If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please reach out to us at sales@alexsbirdkingdom.com.
 Please note that orders over $100 within the continental US are eligible for free shipping.Â
We use trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and, for larger items such as Bird Cages, freight shipping providers.
Important Shipping Note:
Please be aware that we do not accept PO BOX addresses for the delivery of Bird Cages, Bird Playgrounds, or other large items.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Due to the importance of biosafety, we have a limited return policy. We take your birds' safety seriously, and for this reason, we do not resell merchandise that has been exposed to other birds.
You may only return items in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept merchandise that is over 30 days old for return.Â
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and product details. We will provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed.

Note on Refused Deliveries:
If you refuse a delivery or return an order to us as "return to sender," you will be responsible for both the original shipping fee and the cost of return shipping, along with a 10% restocking fee.
Cancelling Your BIRD FUN BOX Subscription:
Please be aware that subscription boxes are NOT eligible for returns due to safety reasons.Â
You have the flexibility to cancel your recurring subscription at any time, either by logging into your account or by contacting us at support@alexsbirdkingdom.com.Â
To ensure the cancellation of a box shipment, please make your request at least 14 business days before the next billing date.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
We maintain a strict no-return policy on all bird toys. This policy aligns with industry standards and ensures the safety of your birds.Â
By not accepting returns, we can guarantee that none of our toys have been in contact with other birds, minimizing the risk of transmitting bird-related diseases.Â
We understand that selecting the right toy can be challenging, so we provide detailed photos, dimensions, and sizing guides.Â
If you require assistance in choosing the perfect toy for your bird, please contact us before making a purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: Subscriptions, Java Trees, and items on sale or in the Closeouts category are non-returnable.Â
Additionally, some A & E Cage items may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
 Be sure to retain all merchandise, packaging, and cartons, and note any damage when signing for delivery.Â
