1. Billing & Renewal

  • Your Bird Fun Box subscription is billed automatically each month on the date you first subscribed.

  • Billing is processed securely through our online checkout system.

  • The subscription will renew monthly unless paused or canceled.

  • Once renewals are processed, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.

2. Shipping Schedule

  • We ship our monthly bird subscription boxes once per month.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number when your handmade bird toys subscription box is on its way.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

3. Pausing or Skipping a Month

  • Need a break? You can pause your Bird Fun Box subscription at any time.

  • Simply log into your account and choose to skip your next delivery.

  • Pausing will stop billing until you choose to resume.

  • You may cancel your Bird Fun Box subscription anytime before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.

  • Cancellations after billing will apply to the following month’s box.
